What experience do you have?
I have a diverse marketing and publicity background that includes extensive experience in the high-tech and manufacturing industries, as well as in such areas as information publishing, insurance and professional services. My portfolio includes ads, direct mail, e-mail, brochures, case studies, white papers, newsletters, press releases, articles, catalogs, TV and radio spots, web content and multimedia presentations.
Additionally, through article assignments over the years I've researched and written about topics in such areas as biotechnology, environmental management, market research, workplace safety, nutrition and health, holistic management and personal finance.
What if you're not experienced in my field?
Lacking experience in a client's field has never yet prevented me from delivering satisfactory results. During my career, I've tackled a wide range of projects involving many areas of knowledge ... everything from the inner workings of a fountain pen to the fine points of regulatory compliance with the EPA. When you assign me with a project, you'll discover that I'm a quick study and that I can grasp complex information rapidly.
How do you bill your services?

How do we get started on a project?
We begin with an initial consultation at no cost to you. During this time I will listen carefully to learn about your business and your marketing objectives or needs. Along the way I will suggest some possibilities and then get your feedback. If you are interested, I will then put together a proposal (including a timetable for completion) and estimate following this initial session and will send this to you. Once I receive your approval and collect any advance payment (if applicable), I will then get started on your project.
